House rules

• Arrival after 15:00
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m

• Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The fine for smoking inside apartment is 200 EUR.
• Only small pets are allowed with an additional fee.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Please turn off the air conditioning, turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the doors before leaving the property.
• Enjoy meals in the dining room or on the terrace.
• Please observe the noise limit between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Please do not dispose of large amounts of toilet paper, sanitary napkins, tampons and garbage in the toilet bowl, but in the attached basket in the bathroom.
• Please take care of the equipment and furniture (you will be charged for any damage you cause).
• Please handle the apartment and equipment economically.
• Report any injuries and/or fractures in a timely manner.
